Every year I count how many kids (and not so kids) come to the door trick-o-treating. I only count the ones that put a bag out asking for candy.
We were off to a slow start this year but things have picked up quite a bit. So far the count is at 86 give or take say 5 that I may have counted twice.
No, we don’t have that many kids in my neighborhood. Each year we have kids driven in from other neighborhoods.
UPDATE: The final count was 115. Definitely the cutest had to be the 3 year old superman twins.

11/2/2009, 3:27 ami bought like 15lb of candy and believe it or not – i got NOT ONE trick or treater. i guess my new neighborhood has been cheap in the past years. where i used to live there were kids knocking at my door from 5pm to 10pm.

Maybe some kids nowadays play Xbox rather going on trick or treating. That’s sad.
