I finally figured out who I’m going to vote for in the primary on Tuesday. It ended up being a simple decision, really. I got tired of the bickering between Obama and Clinton so I decided to vote for Edwards.
My vote may not count since currently the Democratic party has stripped Florida of its delegates. Somehow I don’t see that as holding up once it is time for the convention. They may need Florida’s delegates to decide who will end up being the Democratic candidate.

That’s a cop out vote.
Vote as if this were the election.

It’s not a cop out vote. If I were coping out, I wouldn’t bother voting at all since Florida currently can’t sit any seats at the Democratic Convention.
I’ve always liked Edwards, but I’ve also always like Obama. Right now, Edwards is staying on the issues and away from the petty politics game being played by Obama and Clinton. That tips my support to Edwards. I also want Edwards to stay in the race so at least one candidate is focused on the real issues.

Just promise you won’t do the same thing this autumn – getting tired of the bickering between Republicans and Democrats and end up voting for Nader, now that he’s considering running.
Nothing against him, but he’ll take votes from the Democrats (and not the Republicans) and we’ve all seen every vote counts.

Don’t worry, apples, that won’t happen. I’ve never voted for Nader and never will. No matter who the candidate is on the Democrats side, I’ll be voting for a Democrat.
