If you find a video that you like on YouTube you will see to the right of it two lines. One says URL and the one right below it says Embed. If you click in the box next to the word Embed, it will automatically highlight the whole thing. Then you just copy it and past it into your post. I have a plugin with WordPress called <a href="http://www.navidazimi.com/projects/wp-exec/" rel="nofollow">Execution of all things</a> that makes sure anything embeded in a post works correctly.
