A friend of mine runs an animal rescue operation and was very saddened by Anna Nicole’s death. She was an avid spokesperson, advocate and suporter of ASPCA, The Humane Society, PETA and other animal rights groups.

I mention this to distinguish her from the likes of Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie, who are not only celebrities for celebrity’s sake,but don’t use that status to improve any lives but their own.

I feel sad for her daughter and hope she draws a more peaceful lot for her next go around.

She had to die. The Big Giant Head has mandated that America’s public consciousness be occupied 24/7 with celebrity gossip so that John Q. Public won’t start thinking and wondering about real news and getting, uh, just a little suspicious. They reached the point where Britney Spears, athletes on steroids and runaway brides were saturating the news so much that even Joe Dumbfuck was gonna start getting suspicious. They needed a sacrificial lamb to keep all their scams going, and poor Anna Nicole was the chump.
