I’ve noticed something since I had the Lasik surgery nearly 2 weeks ago. I squint. A lot.
I know I would squint whenever I had my glasses off and was trying to see something. What I didn’t realize is that I probably did the same thing when wearing my glasses. I doubt I did it as much though.
It would be one thing if I needed to squint to see something, but I’m catching myself squinting when I can see what I’m looking at just fine.
Hopefully this habit will begin to fade as I get more and more used to life without glasses.
By the way, the first movie I saw in a movie theater after the surgery was Cars. It was a great choice to initiate my “new” eyes.

I went and saw Cars on the first weekend it was out and I actually wasn’t too impressed with the storyline but the graphics as usual were excellent. The kids enjoyed it though. Glad things are going well after teh surgery.

cars’ visuals sure gave your new eyes a good workout.

The visuals were great and I loved the attention to detail. Little background details that didn’t even effect the movie such as the plane contrails that looked like tire tracks. Loved it!
