The first one is a cartoon I put up this time last year. Since it is once again time for high stakes testing that can determine school funding and student promotion, I felt it would work again for this year. As you can see in the cartoon, nothing has changed.
This one is not about high-stakes testing. If you grew up with School House Rock you’ll remember the one about how a bill became law. This is how things seem to work now.
